The following Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops booked at our training facility

How To Make Payments
Payments can be made:
1. In the shop by cash or card
2. Over the telephone by card
3. Online

If you are paying by Gift Voucher, the Voucher must be brought into the shop to redeem against the cost of the workshop upon booking.

Refunds and Cancellation
In the case of cancellation up to month one prior to the date of the original workshop, we will transfer you to an alternative workshop.

In the case of cancellation between one month and the date of the workshop, it will only be possible to transfer your place if we are able to sell the place.

A refund will only be given in either circumstance if we are able to sell the place. Any cancelled places will be advertised on social media in an attempt to sell the space.

We retain the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, ill
health, or extreme weather conditions and we will in this instance refund any money taken in full and offer an
alternative date where possible.
Suitability of Workshops

All of our workshops are suitable for 16 year olds and above.
We may, dependent upon the nature of the workshop, and at our complete discretion, allow under 16 year old to participate in the workshop however, they must always be accompanied by an adult. Please ensure that this is discussed with us at the time of booking.

We are sometimes able to cater for allergies and intolerances, please discuss this with us at the time of booking.
